You’ve thought it through, talked it over, maybe even tried therapy
and you’re still in the same loop
One conversation, and by the end the issue comes into focus and the way opens up.
It’s not that there’s no answer.
It’s just hard to hear.
I know this from my own life: when I’m cut off from my heart, every decision becomes an exhausting fight between voices. What’s right, what pays off, what people will say. Most of what gets called “stuckness” is really noise: thoughts that are logical but empty of passion. Underneath the noise sits someone who knows exactly what is right for them.
What I don’t promise
Big promises are a kind of noise too. So, a moment of honesty before we go on.
I don’t promise:
- That I’ll do all the work for you. You will most likely need to put in effort.
- That it will always be pleasant. You may well have to face a dark side of yourself.
- That by the end of the session the problem will be solved and closed. Sometimes it takes time, and sometimes it takes further work on your side after we finish.
- That the session will resemble the previous one. Every session is unique.
- That I’ll take anyone who reaches out. For example, if you believe you already know everything, I can’t help you.
I do promise:
- An hour of full presence, and feedback tailored to your goals and needs.
- That I’ll honestly reflect what I see, even when it’s less comfortable.
- That I won’t flinch at what you share, and I won’t criticize or judge you.
- Full confidentiality: everything that comes up in the session stays between us.
- That you’ll leave with a sense of clarity that inspires you for the road ahead.
- That if I realize I can’t help you, I’ll tell you.
- That if at the end of the call you feel you didn’t get value, I’ll refund your money.
I’d rather promise only what I can truly stand behind.
People who had a Clarity Call
Reviews marked Leland were written in English. The rest were written in Hebrew and translated.
I came to Oren almost by chance. I was very stuck with questions in my life, and I had already tried to find answers in a great many places. But as the conversation went on, I found myself stopping and starting to take notes. Oren has a rare ability to see many layers at once, to take situations that seemed complicated to me and simplify, clarify and sort them out, in a way that is gentle, full of presence, and very, very real. It was a meaningful conversation for me, and I’m sure the insights will keep echoing in me for a long time.
Oren helped me get through a complicated breakup, with clarity and in a respectful way.
When I was stuck in a cold negotiation with my ex, Oren showed me how to move from a tug-of-war approach to a more honest, connected one. He helped me see the relationship not as wasted time but as valuable learning.
What I appreciated most was his ability to give me exactly what I needed in that moment: when I was overthinking, he brought me back to the simple truth that I recognized the moment I heard it, and when I doubted myself, he reflected back that everything I felt and thought was legitimate. He never pushed solutions on me. He helped me reach my own clarity about what was right.
His support helped me go through the breakup with self-awareness instead of bitterness, and I came out ahead, feeling more ready for my next relationship.
Highly recommend!
In one word: wow.
In a few more: he simply took a whole salad that was in my head and made me look at each thing separately, as its own matter. What I saw as one big mess, he got me to see as simple. How to separate the thoughts that aren’t relevant to my decision. How to isolate the decision as its own thing, apart from all the thoughts and the confusion. Thank you Oren!
The conversation with Oren was interesting, professional and enlightening. I got a lot of knowledge, tools, clarity and direction on things I needed. Oren was attentive, accepting and patient, with a big smile and a lot of care, and I felt in a safe and comfortable space, full of light and presence, even though at first I felt embarrassed (that happens to me regardless). He gave me certainty about certain things I needed, and more perspectives to look at. And lots more. It was amazing. I really appreciate it, thank you so much.
My first time talking with Oren, and it was really better than I expected. A smart person, a very good listener, he sees the big picture and understands what I’m saying. He pulled together the things I had scattered throughout the conversation, sorted me out, and helped me see what’s right.
P.S. Oren is organized: he sends reminders and a calendar invite by email, and writes clearly and well.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Oren. He is deeply sensitive and listens with genuine presence – not only with his mind but always with his heart. His way of listening is truly felt, and he meets you exactly where you are in each moment.
Oren brings a holistic approach, enriched by his own profound life experience and emotional depth, which is tangible in the way he supports others. With his guidance, I have had many moments of insight where I became aware of deeper truths and connections that had previously been hidden from me but turned out to be essential for my growth.
Meeting you and going to your men’s circles kind of changed a lot in my life because it was a very intense period for me and I felt listened to and found the support I really needed to navigate all that, and I’m very very grateful for that. Thank you!
Oren is a pleasure to talk to. He knows how to ask the right questions and offer new lines of thought. The conversation with him reminded me of things about myself that I was glad to come back to. He helped me get clarity about what is right for me and the way to get there.
Oren walked with me, hand in hand, through the tangled forest of my thoughts, and it felt like undoing a knot. I received a lot of inspiration and an openness of mind toward a direction I can now turn to. Thank you so much Oren.
The conversation with Oren managed to sharpen and illuminate areas in me that want to be revealed and come out. I had the feeling that Oren knows how to read the big picture and also go down into the details. He had a lot of goodwill to help and to give of himself.
Oren is a magical, multi-talented person. In a single session he really helped me focus and look at the combination between my strengths and the desires of my heart in terms of work, and to look practically at the options in front of me.
The conversation with Oren helped me clarify and open up topics that were stuck for me. It gave me the motivation to change and to do what we talked about. He is pleasant and professional, absolutely worth it.
When we set up the call I didn’t really know what to expect, but it unfolded naturally into surprising places. Oren was attentive and caring, and the conversation felt alive. I felt that he brings openness, curiosity and the knowledge he has gathered in his life, and he shares it gladly in relation to what I shared. It was a pleasant and productive conversation.
In just one conversation, Oren helped me get clarity on something that has been on my mind. Rare listening skills, and precise questions.
This is what stuck sounds like
Something is blocking the way, and if you try to skip it and take a different route, you meet the same barrier in a new disguise.
A decision that won’t close
“I’ve looked at it from every angle. I even have a pros and cons list. And I still have no idea what to decide.”
A relationship in crisis
“No matter how I approach it, it always ends in a fight. I’m already afraid to even open my mouth.”
Stuck with no name
“Everything is supposedly fine, but inside, I’m switched off.”
Burnout
“I used to enjoy this. Now I have to force myself to leave the house.”
If any of this sounds familiar, it’s not because you haven’t thought about it enough.
If anything, you’ve thought about it too much.
What happens in a Clarity Call
Listening to understand, not to respond
No agenda, and no pushing solutions. I discover things together with you.
Precise questions
The right question at the right moment connects you to your truth.
Telling feeling from noise
I can tell when there is feeling and when the talk is logical but empty.
Feeling is the trail of breadcrumbs that leads you back home.
Anchoring in real time
My understanding isn’t the point.
I only call it clarity when it comes out of your own mouth.
Sounds like a fit?
Oren Knaan
My path began in childhood. At certain moments my parents weren’t able to see me, meaning to be present with me in my experience, and I felt those moments as moments of existential danger.
Over time I understood that when a person isn’t connected to their heart, they can’t connect to the hearts of others either. Further along, I learned to stay connected to my heart even in conflict and uncertainty, to anchor my awareness in the present moment, and to feel at home and at peace wherever I am.
Today I help others come home.
The tools I work with were studied in depth, not at a weekend workshop:
